Almost certainly just the cylinder, and possibly a bit of adjustment to the door alignment. A lot of the uPVC doors on Ringmer's estates are 20-plus years old and the original cylinders are well past their best. We can swap the cylinder for a British Standard anti-snap unit while we're there and check the mechanism at the same time. You won't need a new door.
